About Diana Soeiro
Founder & Governance Advisor | Helping leaders build smarter, resilient, and more connected cities and communities
With a PhD and eight years of postdoctoral research in philosophy, economics, and public policy, I focus on the impact of technology on people and cities. I specialize in diagnosing complex challenges using qualitative and quantitative data to maximize benefits for management systems and societal well-being across public and private initiatives.
I currently lead ISO 37128 on Health & Well-being, ensuring alignment with international standards, and have relevant experience as a CEN & ISO delegate.
In complex environments, I provide grounded guidance with a touch of stoic insight, supporting clarity, resilience, and smoother decision-making. Through Becoming Cities, I deliver coaching, training, and consulting that bridge the gap between vision and action. The Podcast is a space for sharing stories and strategies that shape cities, organizations, and communities.

Our Approach
We believe good governance isn’t about control — leadership is about clarity, empathy, and systems that support real people.
From local governments to international institutions, we support leaders and teams working toward more sustainable, inclusive futures — through practical tools, strategic coaching, and grounded experience.
We work with cities and communities — large and small, across continents — to help them think clearly, act strategically, and lead with purpose.
